Wayne C. Rogers

Wayne C. Rogers is a Las Vegas casino employee who has been writing professionally (with the intent to sell) for thirty years. It's only been within the past six years that Mr. Rogers (no, not the famous TV host of programs for children) made the decision to work towards being a full-time writer of horror, suspense, psychological, and erotic horror fiction.

He has written several novellas (two of which are now posted on Amazon's Kindle with more on the way), dozens of short stories (some of which are also on Amazon), an erotic/horror novel--The House of Blood--for the wild crowd that lives on the kinky side of reality, an erotic/horror anthology--Dark Whispers of the Night, and nearly a dozen feature-length and short screenplays that are based his stories The Encounter, A Code of Honor, A Step in the Shadows, The House, The Pit, Trick or Treat, and The Garbage Disposal to name a few. He is currently at work on a private-eye novel, Johnny Ten, which takes place in Las Vegas during the mid-seventies when the Mob still ruled the casinos. Last, but not least, is his television series, Dolan, about an ex-Las Vegas homicide detective who's daughter and granddaughter were murdered by two serial killers. Mike Dolan went to prison for shooting for one of the men while the perpetrator was in police custody. When Dolan finally got out, he became a hunter of missing children. Pray you don't get in Dolan's way because he will take you out in a heart beat. During the years of 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, Mr. Rogers sold over twenty short stories with some of them appearing in such paperback anthologies as I'll Never Go Away, Grindhouse, Shrieks & Shivers, The Horror Zine Magazine Fall Issue for 2014, The Horror Zine Magazine Spring Issue for 2015, and Peep Show, Volume 2.

Being somewhat of a couch potato at his old age of sixty-five, Mr. Rogers enjoys the pastime of writing, reading (he has over a few hundred books stored in boxes in the bedroom closet and a bookcase in the living room packed with his favorite authors), great movies from any time period, and well-made television programs such as Justified, The Blacklist, True Bloods, The Game of Thrones, and The Walking Dead. Finally, Mr. Rogers is rather unusual in that he doesn't own a house or a car, A friend bought him a cellphone in 2013, but he has yet to turn it on. He spends his free time at the computer writing his stories, and usually doesn't leave his apartment till it's time to head to work on Monday morning. Thank God for ham & cheese sandwiches and chicken noodle soup!!

“Plenty of everything in regards to a woman owning, using, and completely consuming another persons soul. Great sexual horror added to enhance and give a plot to the story.”
